WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE RECEIVED?

Once processed, orders are confirmed and shipped within 72 hours. Following this, domestic orders should arrive within 3-7 business days. For orders in New Zealand please allow 7-14 business days for arrival.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

International orders will be fulfilled UPON REQUEST. Please contact us for more details.

WHAT DELIVERY METHODS DO YOU USE?

Australia Post and Fastway Couriers.

WHAT IF MY TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT WORK?

Please allow up to 12 hours for this information to update. 

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes! Feel free to visit our Gallery and see our wide array of current, custom orders being created for specialty clients Australia-wide. If you wish to have your own custom artwork created, please contact us to further discuss:

DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE?

Yes! We have a 12 month guarantee on the quality of our products. If your BB product breaks or is faulty, contact us and we will organise a replacement free of charge.

CAN I REFUND MY ORDER?

If you are unhappy with your product within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us to organise an exchange or store credit. 

HOW DO I BECOME A STOCKIST?

Would love to hear from you. If you would like to be considered, please email suzanna@beautifulbags.com.au. Include a link to your website, other brands carried and pictures of your store. You will be contacted within 1-3 days.
